During the first call with the studio’s designer, please provide basic information to begin: the area of the object, the number of rooms, and your desired style. This approach allows the specialist to determine the level of complexity and the scope of work.

Before concluding the contract, it is necessary to discuss the cost of the design project. If everything is satisfactory, the papers can be signed.

Once the client makes a payment of 50% of the service cost, we proceed with the development of the design project in order of the queue (if any).
Ideally, the meeting should take place at the site: we can take measurements of the premises, conduct a detailed inspection, and draw up a Technical Specification (ToR).
Even if the meeting takes place elsewhere, the designer creates a ToR for the development of the design project, which includes the following points:
It is ideal if you can provide us with references — photos of finished interiors that you liked. It is not necessary to find a picture where everything is exactly as you want it. A selection of interior photos and your comments regarding the style, color composition, and decor would be an excellent option.

After measuring the object and approving the ToR, the designer begins to develop the layout: the placement of partitions and furniture.
Once all organizational matters are resolved, the creation of the design project can begin. This process is divided into 3 stages:
At this stage, all matters regarding the location of furniture and equipment, plumbing, and air conditioning are resolved, as well as whether the dismantling of partitions is necessary.
Usually, there is only one correct layout. There are no multiple options that are equal to each other. One of the layouts will always be better or worse than the others.
The stage responsible for the appearance of the premises. During the development of the visualization, the color and stylistic features of the interior are formed. All images are created in 3D Max Studio and look as realistic as possible, as if you are looking at a finished object.
Upon completion of the visualizations, you can make adjustments that do not concern the style of the interior (which we agree upon from the very beginning and do not change later).
The number of drawings/plans depends on the selected service package. This documentation is very important because it allows the renovation to be carried out qualitatively and without errors.
