3-year guarantee on turnkey renovations

We are confident in the quality of all work, so we offer a 36-month guarantee. It’s important to us that every client feels comfortable and understands that we have nothing to hide.

The three-year warranty period begins on the date of acceptance of the work on the property.

The warranty covers the following types of work:

• finishing;
• plumbing;
• electrical installation;
• any other hidden work.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by:

• standard wear and tear of the property;
• poor-quality repairs of the premises performed by the customer or third parties;
• improper handling of equipment and devices;
• unforeseen situations: flood, fire, fungus and/or mold growth, roof leaks, and etc.;
• improper use of the premises.
