
The design of the interior project gives the opportunity to competently organize the space, taking into account your lifestyle. You will be able to analyze in advance all the elements of the interior and work on its embodiment. This will allow you to avoid mistakes during repairs, more accurately determine the cost of work and plan the budget. You will also be able to see your interior before the start of repair work.
A design project consists of three main stages: 3D interior visualization, technical documentation, and material selection.
3D visualization demonstrates every detail of your space. It provides the opportunity to choose the optimal materials and color schemes, as well as to evaluate the functionality of furniture placement and other items based on your preferences.
Technical documentation includes: a measurement plan, furniture and equipment layout, mounting and dismantling plans, a floor plan indicating the type of flooring, a ceiling plan, a socket and switch layout, a lighting plan with switching schemes, a wall finishing plan, a plumbing equipment layout, wall elevations for the bathroom and kitchen with tile layouts, and a plan for underfloor heating and radiators.
Material selection involves specifying finishing materials, furniture, plumbing, and lighting fixtures with active links to online stores where they can be purchased.
The client comes to the office to sign a contract for the development of a design project and makes an advance payment. After that, the designer/architect goes to the object to take measurements and clarify the client’s wishes. The first thing the customer will receive after the measurements is a planning solution. When the planning is approved, we begin developing visualizations.
Author’s supervision – control of the compliance of repair and construction works with the approved project. Support is provided by the designer and architect.

We accept payment in various ways: cash in the office, non-cash payment on account or by card. For commercial projects, there is an option to pay non-cash + VAT.
